Growing a garden and growing mad, or "The Cost Of These Greens"
Plant a radish, get a radish, not a brussels sprout
That's why I love vegetables, you know what they're about
Or mint. Mint will kill you in your sleep on Christmas.
Chives are stealthier, but beware your lawn or garden if you ignore them.
Heh. As someone who's extremely negligent with lawn care, I chuckle each spring when I start mowing the lawn and it smells like chives as I'm cutting.
My mint last year literally burst through the side of the wood planter box it was in like, "I WILL NOT BE IGNORED, DAN".
Ok, so I guess I've hit this exact stage (I just did a word search for "compost" in my email) and I've got to ask is the fancy compost thing recommended or not?
To be honest, I haven’t been good about using it; it was definitely an early pandemic manic purchase. So, my answer is “inconclusive”
